Playtest Round #2

I was able to get feedback from Yuen and Xander on an early prototype of the game. It was still in it's whitebox phase with just the character moving. They both tried to help me troubleshoot some camera errors that I was going. They liked the fact that the cameras were stationary, but they mentioned that the focus should now be on fleshing out the rest of the game world. It was also recommended to not texture the character model to make the player feel more anonymous.

Final Playtest

As feedback for the final playtest, it was suggested that I continue exploring the project using the church route as it was the most successful room. Making variations of it and lining them up together for the player to explore would be very effective and in line with the theme. I was also told by some other playtesters prior to not be afraid of making the spaces super disorientating and almost nauseating, so I will take that into account for future iterations.
